There are only three other players, besides Chris Shelton and Albert Pujols, who can be proud to share this record start. Sheltons youth is one thing that will sustain him, according to those working with him. His team knows he might go through some tough times with batting; however they are going to roll with the enthusiasm and try to push Shelton as far as he can go. They dont plan to change his lineup position and plan to play him hard.
